First of all, it is important to understand that processing times are not included in shipping times and are added to them.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will be notified again when your order has been shipped. However, delivery times may be delayed due to high order volumes, carrier strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rates and estimates for domestic shipments
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
We offer a flat rate of €0 or €8.99 for shipments to France.

How can I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within X days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@derma-afro.com with your name and order number.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item has not been used and is in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order less the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@derma-afro.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
